Position Overview:
Independently evaluates, selects and applies analysis techniques, procedures, and criteria to facilitate orlead programmatic evaluations and assessments, at a highly proficient level. Develops and uses program analysis tools such as scheduler applications, spreadsheets, and models to resolve technical questions. Leads technical support for programmatic activities such as programming, planning, budgeting and execution (PPBE), scheduling, facilities, MILCON and sustainment, restoration and modernization and other tasks related to government contracts. Leads studies, technical assessments, and analyses. Leads preparation of technical reports, briefing charts, and other documents as required.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Provide facilities acquisition planning, design and construction execution support for the Clear Early Warning Radar projects and facility. Other support will include resolution of mission critical and complex problems across organizational boundaries that required a broad understanding of the issues. Technical support to the customer involving assistance with problem solving, team work, customer relations, leadership, and effective communications across multiple organizations in Facilities Acquisition, Site Activation, Budget, Environmental, Global Deployment Office, multiple MDA organizations, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Requires the ability to travel between Clear and other CONUS locations on a rotational basis.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
