We specialize in Family Law and Criminal Defense.
We are looking for an experienced responsible, committed, professional Legal Technician to add to our team.

Draft memoranda and pleadings Conduct legal research using Westlaw Coordinate appointments Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence Correspond with counsel and clients; assist with preparing clients for legal proceedings Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow Assist with front desk traffic Answer telephones as a back up to the primary Assist with filing documents according to protocols on paper and in our case management program.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
