Responsibilities:
Record financial data in QuickBooks as directed.
Complete recurring tasks according to written procedure guidelines.
Assist in special projects as assigned by the Finance Director.
Qualifications:
Experience accurately and efficiently performing data entry.
Experience in QuickBooks software and Google Workspace interface.
Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Punctual and reliable.
Ability to adapt and learn new skills.
Must maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Must not use tobacco or marijuana products during working hours, on company owned property or during company sponsored events.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
