Applicants must be personable, reliable, and professional.
Practice focus is professional malpractice defense, employment, and commercial matters.
The successful candidate will be a team-oriented secretary with attention to detail, word processing, document management and organizational skills.
Experience in state and federal court filing is preferred.
Submit a cover letter, resume, and three professional references Calculating and calendaring dates from documents (incoming and outgoing) and maintaining attorney schedules Communication (written and verbal) Knowledge of court rules and procedures, including appellate procedures Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs Obtaining records Organizing and maintaining files Preparing legal documents and correspondence Proofreading and formatting documents Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
