Responsibilities:
Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers
Qualifications:
Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office High School Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred Willing to obtain AK Real Estate Agent License About Company We are a Veteran owned and operated firm built on a foundation of service to our great community.
