Assists Board Members, District Coordinators and staff with general office management and project work as needed.
Duties:
Preparation and filing of reports, communications, and other documentation Board meeting preparation including agendas and minutes Communications via phone, personal, written, data entry, word processing, mailing, errands, etc Social Media outreach and updates Maintain a clean and friendly environment Maintain office supplies and equipment Ensure staff information, insurance, and other protocols are updated and in place.
Assist program leads with grant information and management to meet deliverables and deadlines Assist with projects, events, and meetings as directed by District Coordinator.
This could include assistance to project leads in their endeavors as directed by District Coordinator- work closely with district coordinator and board members to meet the needs of FSWCD priorities and mission Minimum
Qualifications:
Degree or training in business administration, management, or related field.
Or 2 years of experience in business administration.
Grant management and natural resource background preferred.
