Business & Reporting Analyst

Job IntroductionWe have a fully remote Business Analyst opportunity.
Job Description Summary Work alongside thought leaders to solve complex and critical challenges for our client.
Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals.
Consult with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors.
Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications.
Work with information technology professionals to develop a solution that meets business requirements.
Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency.
Documents policies and procedures, demonstrates strong follow-up and attention to detail skills.
Acts as company liaison with client escalating any client issues.
Strong problem-solving and will be point of contact regarding all system changes and leads testing initiatives with stakeholders.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced Smartsheet's application knowledge.
Experience working with Adobe Acrobat application.
Experience working with data visualization software (e.
g.
, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, DOMO, Decision Point ) to bring data insights to life for broad audiences.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 3
years of experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
