Job Description:
As a CSR Lead at Prospector Plumbing and Heating, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Service Excellence:
Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, scheduling service calls, and resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Assistant to the General Manager:
run errands, check mail, help clean and organize the office, assist walk-in customers etc.
4.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and support a team of Customer Service Representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure they consistently deliver high-quality service.

Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement within the customer service department and work collaboratively with other teams to implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
6.
Conflict Resolution:
Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy, ensuring swift resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.
7.
Data Analysis:
Collect and analyze customer service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and create reports to share insights with the management team.
8.
Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for new CSR team members and provide ongoing coaching to ensure their continuous growth and development.
9.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor and maintain service quality standards, and provide feedback to the team for improvement.
