What can you expect? As the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist you will support the various technical and administration functions to ensure efficient and effective operations for multiple Brice 8(a) companies.
Your initiative and critical thinking skills are essential to complete job duties with minimal guidance.
Assignments are deadline driven so incumbents must be able to set priorities, take ownership of projects, work efficiently, and provide a consistent level of high-quality work in a high-pressure environment.
How will you do it? You will use your knowledge and related experience to successfully:
Schedules conference rooms and assists in setting up meetings.
Assist with orders & stocking office supplies.
Assist with orders & stocking kitchen supplies.
Orders office lunches Monitor kitchens daily to include coffee, dishwasher unloading and loading, overall tidiness, organizing, cleanliness of appliances, weekly refrigerator cleanout.
Check copy areas daily to include organizing, tidiness, restocking copiers.
Assist with reproduction of project binders and CD burning.
Additional support as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Assists in the preparation of expense reports.
Assists in credit card reconciliations including mid-month, monthly, and year-to-date.
Assists in locating missing company credit card receipts.
Assists in monthly and year-end A/P close.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them and directing them to appropriate location.
Maintain reception area to include daily tidiness, cleanliness, company paraphernalia stocked.
Picks up mail daily and distribute it to staff.
Receives packages and certified deliveries.
Prepares and schedules USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipments.
Coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs with various couriers Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Background in administrative and accounting functions Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to multi-task and manage time.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work in an Alaska Native Corporation multi-business environment.
Who is Brice Solutions looking for? Minimum
Qualifications:
Associates degree in Business or Accounting preferred Two (2) years' experience working in a professional office environment preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office and especially Excel required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
