- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, order placement, product information, and issue resolution - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any shipping or inventory issues - Utilize Scheduling and Software Management systems to track appointments and update customer information - Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation - Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions - Assist with fleet management and coordination of transportation logistics Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficient in using phone systems and customer service software - Experience with shipping/receiving processes and 3PL (third-party logistics) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in data entry and computer skills If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
